Hebel is lightweight Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) board that delivers benefits beyond those associated with traditional masonary. The panels are highly fire resistant (do not burn and will not explode even under extreme bushfire conditions) and have built in insulation which assists in improving energy ratings. Hebel in available in various sizes and widths and can be used on external walls, fences and sound barriers. Once fixed hebel is set with fiberglass mesh and acrylic render systems to give the look of a monolithic rendered wall. The Hebel system does away with the need for costly and sometimes unrealiable bricklayers and requires fewer trades-people on site when supplied and installed by experienced and available crews. Hebel Powerclad comes in 75mm thick boards at 1350mm & 1800mm in 600mm widths weighing approx 40kg – allowing 2 trades people to position without need for cranes or other lifting devices.
